Our Professional Self Pay Fee Structure

MindRx Psychiatry offers cost-effective self-pay options. If you are an out-of-network client, we can provide an invoice with the necessary diagnostic ICD code and documentation for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Once approved, your insurance will issue a check for the reimbursed amount. Most prescriptions are covered under your insurance plan.

For those looking to manage costs over time, we also offer a monthly self-pay plan. This option allows self-pay and out-of-network clients to pay a fixed monthly fee for psychiatric services, with a minimum commitment of six months.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At our clinic, we are committed to providing prompt care to all our patients. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the time slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee, except in cases of emergency. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible in such instances.

A $75 fee will be applied for no-show appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
